Agreement
By ordering from nacpac.in (Nacpac is a brand of Jico Life, GSTIN 23BEHPJ7048R1ZX) you agree to these terms. If something here does not sit right with you, tell us before you order at support@nacpac.in and we will talk it through.
What we sell
Custom stickers in two kinds, UV Stickers and Economy Stickers, plus QR Stickers. Everything is made to order from the design, size, material and quantity you choose while configuring. Each product page describes what affects the price. Die Cut is a shape you can pick inside a product, not a product of its own.
Your account
You need an account to place an order, because your design, your cart and your order history have to belong to someone. You sign in with a Google account or with a one time code sent to your email, so there is no password for you to remember or for us to lose. Keep your sign in method to yourself, since anyone holding it can order as you.
Pricing
All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Your price is calculated as you configure and is locked when you add to cart. We do not change the price of something already sitting in your cart.
Your artwork
You need to own the rights to whatever you upload, or have permission to use it. That covers logos, illustrations, photographs and any third party trademarks or characters. Uploading a file is your confirmation that you have that right.
We do not review uploads for intellectual property infringement. We check designs for print readiness, meaning resolution, colour and whether the cut line traced cleanly. Whether you are allowed to print something stays with you.
You give us permission to reproduce your design for the single purpose of producing and shipping your order. We do not use it for anything else. Our Privacy Policy covers what happens to your file.
We may decline an order where a design is obviously unlawful, hateful or infringing in a way that is apparent without specialist review. That is a judgement we reserve the right to make, not a promise to police every upload.
What you are agreeing to when you order
We print the artwork you upload, at the size, shape, material and finish you select. Before an item reaches your cart we show you those choices together with your design and its measurements, and approving that screen is your sign off on all of them.
A member of our team looks at every file before it goes to print, and will contact you if something will clearly print badly. That is a quality check on our side, not an approval step you have to complete, and it does not shift responsibility for the content of your design onto us. QR stickers specifically
Our QR stickers are static. The destination is encoded directly into the printed pattern, and Nacpac plays no ongoing part in where a scan goes. That means the destination is your responsibility, including keeping it live and making sure it does not point at unlawful or malicious content.
Shipping and delivery
See Shipping. Delivery timelines are honest estimates rather than guarantees, and we will tell you if something is going to be meaningfully late.
Cancellations and refunds
Covered fully under Refunds & Returns. In short: tell us as soon as you can, within 2 days of ordering at the latest, and if production has not started we cancel and refund in full. Once it has started, cancellation is not possible unless the order itself is wrong or defective.
Limitation of liability
So far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or knock on losses beyond that value, for example a business opportunity missed because stickers arrived later than hoped.
This does not limit anything that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for our own negligence causing injury.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business grows. Meaningful changes appear here with a new date at the top of the page.
