Who we are
Nacpac, a brand of Jico Life (Chaturbhuj Dharmshala, Vivek Path, Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh 458441, India; GSTIN 23BEHPJ7048R1ZX), makes custom stickers and packaging. This page explains what we collect when you use nacpac.in or order from us, and what happens to it afterwards.
We write this plainly on purpose. Privacy policies are usually unreadable by design, and that is exactly the sort of thing we are trying not to be.
What we collect

What we will not do
- We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
- We do not show your designs publicly or use them in our own marketing unless you separately and explicitly agree to it.
- We do not share your WhatsApp number with a messaging provider, because we do not use one. Those messages come from our own number. If we ever bring a provider in, we will name it here before it receives a single number.
Your design file
Your uploaded file is stored privately by us for as long as we need it to produce and support your order. It is the file we print from, so it matters that we keep it safe and keep it exactly as you sent it.
Design files travel encrypted the whole way. Your browser to our servers, and our servers to the service that traces the cut line around your artwork, are both HTTPS. That service is also authenticated and rate limited, and it cannot be reached over an unencrypted connection at all.
That tracing service processes your file in temporary storage and deletes it when processing finishes. Preview images made from it are kept for up to one hour and then deleted automatically.
Who we share information with
Only the services that need it to make your order happen:
- Netlify, which hosts this site and serves every page you open
- Supabase, which holds your account, your cart, your orders and your uploaded design on our behalf
- Shopify, which takes over at checkout to collect your shipping address and your payment. Your cart, your account and your design stay with us
- Google, in two separate ways. If you choose to sign in with a Google account, Google confirms to us that the account is yours. Separately, our Google Ads tag runs on every page and tells Google when a visit turned into an order, so we can tell which ads are worth paying for. See Cookies and analytics below
- Resend, which delivers your one time sign in code to your inbox
- Our courier partners, Blue Dart, The Professional Couriers and DTDC, one of whom delivers your order
- Our own design review team, who look at your artwork before it is printed. Internal only, never external
Cookies and analytics
Our host, Netlify, records basic performance data about page visits so we can see whether the site is fast enough.
We use one advertising tag: Google Ads. It is here so that when we pay for an ad, we can tell whether it actually led to an order instead of guessing. It stores an identifier in your browser that lets Google connect your visit to an ad you clicked, and Google can also use it to show you Nacpac ads on other sites later.
We are naming it on this page before it starts collecting anything, because that is what we said we would do.
We run no third-party analytics. No Google Analytics, no heatmaps, and nothing that records your screen or what you type. If any of that changes, it gets named here first too.
You can turn off ad personalisation for your Google account at myadcenter.google.com, and your browser’s settings will let you block or clear these cookies entirely. Neither affects your ability to order from us.
How long we keep things
- Order records, for as long as tax and accounting law in India requires, and to handle any refund or warranty claim.
- Uploaded artwork, alongside the order it belongs to. Files from carts that never became an order are not meant to be kept indefinitely.
- Marketing contact, if you opted in, until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to support@nacpac.in and we will reply within one working day.

Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, it will be updated here with a new date at the top, not changed quietly.
