How long it takes
Every order is checked by a real person before it goes to print. The path looks like this:
Order placed, design checked, production, dispatch, delivery.

The clock starts when you place the order, so a typical order is with you within five to seven business days.
What shipping costs
Shipping is a flat ₹110 per order, already shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders of ₹499 or more ship free.
Where we ship
Currently anywhere in India. We ship with Blue Dart, The Professional Couriers and DTDC, and pick whichever of them reaches you best. If your pin code cannot be served, we will tell you at checkout before you pay, not afterwards.
Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking details go to the email address and phone number on the order.
If something is delayed
We will tell you directly if your order is going to be meaningfully later than the estimate above. If the delay is on our side, we will make it right, and Refunds & Returns sets out what that can look like.
Damaged or lost on the way
Covered under Refunds & Returns. In short, send us photos and we reprint and reship at no cost.
