Questions, answered
What file formats do you accept?
PNG, JPG, SVG and PDF. For die-cut shapes, a transparent background gives the cleanest cut line. If your background isn't distinct enough for us to trace, we'll fall back to a safe rectangle and tell you, never swap it silently.
Do I need to upload anything to see a price?
No. Price is based on size, material, print tier and quantity. Pick those and your price appears instantly, whether or not you've uploaded a design yet.
What's the minimum order?
50 pieces for UV stickers, 5 sheets for Economy stickers. No 500-piece minimums to unlock a fair price.
Does someone check my file before it prints?
Yes. A real person looks at every design before it goes to print, and gets in touch if something will clearly print badly.
What's the difference between Raised Print and HD Emboss?
Everyday is colour printed straight onto the material, flat. Raised puts a white layer down first, so your colours stay true on clear, chrome and holographic, and the print sits just above flat. HD Emboss is three layers, white then colour then a clear gloss over the design itself, which catches the light and you can feel. On a PNG or JPG we trace your design first to place that gloss.
Are your prices GST-inclusive?
Yes. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, no surprise tax line at the end.
